A New Integrated Submersible Buoy System Based on Seabed Base Anchoring and Electrical-mechanical Cable Transmission

Abstract
In order to meet the needs of fixed-point,real-time and long-term offshore observation,a new integrated submersible buoy system based on seabed base anchoring and electrical-mechanical cable transmission is developed to solve the problems of poor continuity,low spatial coverage and poor information timeliness of traditional observation methods.The system is composed of the main floating body,mooring device,integrated instrument package and seabed base.It uses electrical-mechanical cables to supply power and transmit data,with a maximum working depth of 200 m.It can be equipped with various sensors such as CTD and current meter to achieve multi-level and multi-element synchronous observation.The static equilibrium method is used to establish the mechanical model of the system,and MATLAB is used for numerical simulation to analyze the effects of different ocean current velocities(0.1~1.0 m/s)and the buoyancy changes of the main floating body and instrument package on the system attitude and cable tension.The simulation results show that when the current velocity is 1.0 m/s,the maximum horizontal offset of the system is about 15 m,the maximum inclination angle of the instrument package is 14.40°,the tension distribution of each section of the mooring line is reasonable,and the system attitude can be optimized by adjusting the buoyancy.The system indicators meet the predetermined design requirements.Compared with traditional submersible buoys,this system connects different observation layers through electrical-mechanical cables to achieve stable power supply and real-time data transmission.It can also be connected to the observation network through wet-pluggable connectors to alleviate the problems of limited endurance and data lag.Combined with distributed networking,it can achieve three-dimensional monitoring,providing a more reliable technical solution for offshore observation.关键词
