甘肃省康乐县成人高血压患病现状及影响因素分析
Prevalence and influencing factors analysis of hypertension among adults in Kangle County,Gansu Province

Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension and its influencing factors among adults in Kangle County,Gansu Province,and to provide a scientific basis for hypertension management for the chronic disease demonstration area construction program.Methods Cross-sectional study design was employed,with a total of 2 350 permanent residents aged 18 years and above sampled in Kangle County using multistage stratified cluster random sampling approach from June to September 2023.Face-to-face survey was conducted using questionnaires from the Chinese Adult Chronic Disease and Nutrition Surveillance(version 2018).Four dimensions were included in the questionnaire,namely demographic characteristics,lifestyle behaviors,health status and hypertension prevalence.The prevalence of hypertension and its distribution characteristics were analyzed.Binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The prevalence of hypertension among the respondents was 31.38％,with statistically significant differences in prevalence by gender,age,ethnic groups,education level,occupation,marital status,smoking status,adoption of salt reduc-tion measures,insufficient physical activity,body mass index,hours of sleep,insomnia symptoms,family history of hypertension,having other chronic disease residents(P＜0.05).The results of binary Logistic regres-sion showed that being aged 50 and above,occupation type being administrative/teaching/medical/student,insomnia symptoms,overweight and obesity were risk factors for the prevalence of hypertension.Female,and higher education(college/undergraduate/postgraduate)were protective factors.Moreover,among people aged 30 to 39 years,being engaged in commercial or industrial production or transportation was a protective factor for the prevalence of hypertension compared to those engaged in agriculture(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension is relatively high in Kangle County,Gansu Province,which is associated with age,education level,occupation,presence of insomnia symptoms and body mass index.Interventional risk fac-tors needs to be targeted in the future.关键词
