新质生产力背景下电气自动化技术拔尖人才培养策略探究
Research on the Cultivation Strategies for Top Talents in Electrical Automation Technology in the Context of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of new quality productive forces,the electrical automation industry is transitioning toward intelligence,integration,and cross-domain applications.This transformation demands that top talents in electrical automation technology possess capabilities in technology integration,technological breakthroughs,and innovation translation.In this context,this paper redefines the cultivation objectives for top talents in the electrical automation major in higher vocational education,and proposes innovative strategies,including the construction of a three-tier progressive curriculum system of"strengthening the foundation,deepening technical skills,and achieving innovation breakthroughs",the establishment of a practical platform integrating"virtual and real scenarios with enterprise-specific positions",and the implementation of project-based and mentor-guided teaching models.These strategies aim to support the achievement of talent cultivation objectives.关键词
