卡车安装支架冲压工艺分析与模具设计
Analysis of Stamping Process and Die Design for Truck Mounting Bracket
摘要
Abstract
As one of the key load-bearing components of a truck,frame brackets are primarily used for mounting parts.To enhance the machining precision of truck brackets,the stamping process is studied.After a systematic analysis,a rational stamping process route is formulated.Based on this route,four sets of specialized dies are designed.The blanking and punching composite die effectively reduces material consumption and processing difficulty with an insert block punch die design.The second and third sets of dies achieves semi-closed right-angle forming through the swing of the die cavity structure,overcoming material springback and improving dimensional precision.关键词
