基于ADAMS的光伏发电太阳能板清洁机器人设计与仿真
Design and Simulation of Cleaning Robot for Photovoltaic Solar Panel Based on ADAMS

Abstract
To enhance the cleaning efficiency and ensure the stability of photovoltaic solar panels,SolidWorks software is used to construct a mechanical model of cleaning robots for photovoltaic solar panels based on the design concept of virtual simulation.A control system is established with the control program developed through ADAMS,and the robot control strategy is designed.Talatan photovoltaic power station in Qinghai is taken as the experimental sample,ADAMS is used to conduct a joint simulation analysis of robot's mechanical and control systems.The results show that when the main program and subprograms operate in coordination,the core module can effectively initiate cleaning commands.During the entire motion phase of acceleration,switching and deceleration from 0 to 18 seconds,and under the condition that photovoltaic solar panels tilt at various angles,the robot maintains the expected stability,moving at a constant speed without any significant slippage,which achieves an efficient and reliable cleaning.关键词
