产学研背景下材料力学课程探索型课程设计案例研究
Case study on exploratory course design for Materials Mechanics in industry-academia-research collaboration

Abstract
Under emerging engineering construction,Materials Mechanics course design urgently needs to transform from traditional knowledge transmission to improve students'comprehensive capabilities.To address traditional teaching limitations such as narrow ma-terial choices,simplistic structural models,and verification-dominated experiments,large-diameter high-pressure water conveyance pipelines in hydraulic engineering were selected as a representative case.Conceptual and detailed designs for material selection and struc-tural configuration were conducted under both internal and external pressure conditions.Through industrial prototyping and experimental validation,an innovative pipeline product was produced,which enriched new case studies for course design of Materials Mechanics.Industry-academia-research collaboration demonstrated significant efficacy,and provided valuable demonstration value.关键词
