船用4130铬钼合金厚壁管焊接接头组织及力学性能
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Welded Joints in Marine-Grade 4130 Chromium-Molybdenum Alloy Thick-Walled Pipes

Abstract
4130 chromium-molybdenum(Cr-Mo)steel is extensively used in critical fields such as shipbuilding and petroleum energy due to its high strength,hardness,and excellent toughness.However,its poor weldability leads to the formation of hardened micro-structures and cold cracking during welding,which limits its engineering applications.This study investigates the welded joints of thick-walled 4130 Cr-Mo steel pipes for marine use.Metallographic observation,energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),tensile tests,and bending tests were employed to systematically analyze the micro-structural characteristics and mechanical properties of the welded joints.The results indicate that with appropriate control of the welding process,the joints exhibit a uniform micro-structure and stable mechanical performance.The weld zone primarily consists of acicular ferrite and a small amount of pearlite,with localized regions of proeutectoid ferrite and side-plate ferrite.The heat-affected zone(HAZ)is composed of martensite,ferrite,and bainite,without the presence of continuous brittle phases.The joints demonstrate an average tensile strength of 699 MPa,with fractures occurring near the HAZ.Furthermore,the welded joints exhibit excellent bending and impact performance,demonstrating superior plasticity and formability.These findings provide theoretical support for the application of this material in high-reliability marine environments.关键词
