船用A钢腐蚀及涂漆耐蚀性能
Corrosion and Coating Corrosion Resistance of Marine Grade-A Steel
摘要
Abstract
This study addresses the corrosion issues faced by underwater hull plates and auxiliary structures of naval vessels in complex marine environments. It systematically investigated the corrosion behavior of grade-A steel surfaces and the efficacy of coating processes in enhancing their corrosion resistance through electrochemical corrosion testing and immersion experiments simulating marine conditions. The results show that grade-A steel is susceptible to localized corrosion such as pitting, microcracks, and spallation, revealing significant localized corrosion risks in marine environments. In contrast, after 7 days of immersion, the coated specimens maintained good overall integrity with corrosion largely confined to the coating-substrate interface. This demonstrates the coating's significant effectiveness in improving the corrosion resistance of grade-A steel. These findings provide theoretical and technical support for optimizing anti-corrosion systems in marine steel applications.关键词
