用鸟粪石结晶法处理高氨氮厌氧消化液
Treatment of High-Ammonia Anaerobic Digestate via Struvite Crystallization
摘要
Abstract
To facilitate the resource recovery of ammonia nitrogen,struvite crystallization was employed to treat anaerobic digestate derived from livestock manure.Building on preliminary tests,an orthogonal experimental design was utilized to optimize the operational parameters.The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were a pH of 10.0,a molar ratio of Mg²⁺ to NH₄⁺ of 1.10,and a reaction time of 20 minutes,achieving a maximum ammonia-nitrogen removal efficiency of 92.7%.Characterization of the resulting precipitate using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)confirmed that struvite crystals were the predominant component.关键词
