An Intelligent Medical System Based on Medical Konwledge Graph
摘要
Abstract
This paper presents the training of the TPLinker and RotatE models using a medical knowledge base to facilitate the extraction of triplets and reasoning processes related to complex medical knowledge.Leveraging these models,it constructed a disease-centered medical knowledge graph and developed an intelligent medical system based on this graph.The system was capable of diagnosing diseases and interring potential complications.The TPLinker model extracted the triplets from the symptoms input by patients and standardized the corresponding text.Meanwhile,the RotatE model performed relational reasoning among various"disease"entities within the medical knowledge graph,enabling it to predict patient diagnoses and infer possible complications arising from these diseases.This work provides both theoretical insights and practical applications for the advancement of intelligent healthcare.关键词
