Abstract
In this study,a modular approach was used to numerically simulate the thin-walled porous plate unit with regularly arranged circular holes to obtain its inertial drag coefficient and viscous drag coefficient.The porous media model of Fluent was used to achieve simplified modeling of the entire porous plate.The results show that this method can significantly reduce the computational cost while maintaining high computational accuracy.In addition,through the flow field comparison analysis between direct simulation and porous media model,it can be seen that the two have good consistency in the overall pressure distribution,but there is a certain deviation in the local pressure gradient upstream and downstream of the orifice plate,which is mainly due to the porous media model's simplified treatment of microscale flow details.The resistance conditions under different inlet wind speeds were further compared to verify the applicability of the porous medium model in the flow calculation of this type of porous plate.This study provides theoretical support for rapid calculations based on porous media models in engineering applications,and provides a reference for further optimizing model accuracy.关键词
