Inherent Logic and Practical Path of New Quality Productive Forces Empowering High-Quality Development
摘要
Abstract
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has reaffirmed the importance of new quality productive forces and designated high-quality development as the theme for economic and social development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.Against the backdrop of the accelerated development of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,new quality productive forces have provide crucial support for China's high-quality development.Upon examining the background,basic connotations,typical characteristics,and constituent elements of new quality productivity,it is found that it differs from traditional productivity and is manifested as an advanced quality of productivity that conforms to the new development concept.From the strategic position of innovation driven,the guarantee and support of coordinated development,the driving force of green production,the strategic choice of opening up to the outside world,and the value destination of shared development,the logic of empowering high-quality development with new quality productivity is based on the common development driving force,development conditions,development requirements,development path,and development goals of the two.To empower high-quality development with new quality productive forces,it is imperative to cultivate new type workers,develop new-type means of labor,exploit new type objects of labor,and construct a modern industrial system.Specifically,this involves fostering intellectual support and new types of talents,emphasizing technological innovation and artificial intelligence,prioritizing resource optimization and data application,and planning for the development of emerging industries and future industries.关键词
