矿石破碎车间粉尘运移行为数值模拟研究

Abstract
To effectively address the dust pollution issue in the ore crushing workshop of Luming Mining and improve the air quality in the workshop,this study employed the CFD-DPM numerical simulation method to comparatively analyze the dust concentration distribution in the ore crushing workshop before and after the operation of the radiators.The research results show that dust mainly diffuses into the crushing workshop through the maintenance passage on the negative third floor,and spreads and spreads between different floors with the help of the hoisting passage.The opening of the radiator can optimize the air flow organization in the workshop,reduce eddy currents,and form a dust-blocking air curtain between the hoisting channel between the negative third floor and the negative second floor,effectively reducing the spread of dust from the negative third floor to other floors,thereby reducing the dust concentration in areas above the negative second floor of the workshop.However,this measure will lead to a slight increase in the dust concentration in the negative third layer.The research results can provide reference for the design of dust prevention and control processes in ore crushing workshops.关键词
