数字化转型赋能企业新质生产力的影响机制与路径
Impact mechanism and pathway of digital transformation empowering new quality productive forces in enterprises
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets from 2011 to 2023 as the research sample to explore the intrinsic connection and influence mechanism between enterprise digital transformation and new quality productive forces.The research finds that enterprise digital transformation significantly promotes the development of new quality productive forces,and this conclusion holds after addressing endogeneity.Mechanism tests show that green innovation plays a mediating role between digital transformation and new quality productive forces.The moderating effect indicates that entrepreneurial spirit can enhance the promoting effect of digital transformation on new quality productive forces.Heterogeneity analysis further reveals that state-owned enterprises and high-tech enterprises,due to their advantages in resource aggregation and policy support,and the latter's advantage in technological adaptability,have more significant promoting effects of digital transformation on new quality productive forces;regionally,the digital transformation effect is more pronounced for enterprises in the eastern and central regions than those in the western region.The research results provides theoretical basis and policy implications for different types of enterprises to differentially promote digital transformation and foster new quality productive forces.关键词
