"Anshan Iron and Steel Constitution":practical exploration and contemporary value of the enterprise management system with Chinese characteristics
摘要
Abstract
To explore the contemporary value of the"Anshan Iron and Steel Constitution",this study adopts the literature research method to sort out its historical formation logic,development and evolution,and core contents.With"strengthening the Party's leadership,technical revolution,mass movement,and the combination of three aspects:workers'participation in management,cadres'participation in labor,reform of irrational rules and regulations"as its core contents,the"Anshan Iron and Steel Constitution"provided a feasible institutional plan for China's industrialization drive and also offered key insights for the reform of state-owned enterprises in the new era.The research results provide a reference for the continuous improvement of the modern enterprise management system with Chinese characteristics.关键词
