Entrepreneurial cognition,entrepreneurial bricolage,and entrepreneurs'entrepreneurial development
摘要
Abstract
Focusing on entrepreneurs'entrepreneurial practices,this paper adopts a case study approach to analyze the process of entrepreneurs'entrepreneurial development from the perspective of entrepreneurial cognition.The study finds that:entrepreneurial cognition is the foundation for entrepreneurs to engage in entrepreneurial activities and exerts a positive impact on their entrepreneurial development;entrepreneurial bricolage plays an important mediating role between entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurs'entrepreneurial development;entrepreneurial learning further reinforces the positive effect of entrepreneurial cognition on entrepreneurial bricolage.The research findings offer practical implications for entrepreneurs'entrepreneurial endeavors.关键词
