Lao Naixuan's Defense of the Chinese Legal System:Its Ideological Basis,Controversial Views and Contemporary Significance
摘要
Abstract
Lao Naixuan is a modern Chinese philosopher whose growth experience has left an important imprint on the formation of his worldview,outlook on life,and values,and has become an important ideological engine on his life path.Especially in the"debate over ritual and law",he firmly upheld the traditional Chinese legal system centered on Confucian ethics,which is worth pondering by future generations.In the multiple rounds of the"debate over ritual and law",Lao Naixuan firmly stood on the position of traditional ritual laws and questioned many violations of Chinese ritual laws in the"New Criminal Law Draft".He has rigorous reasoning,rigorous logic,and a very clear attitude towards safeguarding the Chinese legal system.Nowadays,the modern value of the Chinese legal system is highlighted,which to some extent verifies the significance of Lao Naixuan's resistance and protection of traditional Chinese ethics at that time.关键词
