Abstract
To clarify the impact of harvesting maturity on the quality of upper tobacco leaves,this study set three maturity levels,M1,M2,and M3,and measured the physiological indicators of fresh tobacco leaves as well as the appearance,chemical composition,and economic traits of cured tobacco leaves.The results showed that as the field maturity increased,significant changes occurred in the appearance traits of fresh tobacco leaves such as leaf color and leaf surface;the SPAD value decreased from 22.26 in M1 to 14.87 in M3,the leaf moisture content decreased,and the activity of polyphenol oxidase weakened significantly.The total plant alkaloid content of cured tobacco leaves decreased,while the total sugar and reducing sugar contents increased.The appearance quality score increased from 45 points in M1 to 50 points in M3,and the average price also increased by 1.07 yuan/kg.关键词
