Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low sorting efficiency of coarse coal slime(particle size 0.25-2 mm),difficulty in ash content controlling of clean coal,and poor system operation stability in Jining No.3 Well Coal Preparation Plant of Yankuang Energy Group,TCS intelligent coarse coal slime sorting technology is introduced to carry out process optimization.Based on the closed-loop process of swirling flow classification-TCS sorting-clean coal dewatering-blending,single factor testings are adopted to conduct selection optimization on key parameters such as top water volume of 98 m3/h,disruptor frequency of 16 Hz,and sorting density of 1.165 g/cm3 and so on.The industrial testing results show that the yield of coarse clean coal is improved to 36.63%,the ash content of clean coal is decreased to 9.39%,and the ash content of tail coal is controlled at 25.79%.Compared with before the transformation,the yield of clean coal is improved by 12%,and the processing cost of coal per ton is decreased by about 8%,the significant technical and economic benefits fully verify the adaptability and scalability of TCS technology in the efficient sorting of coarse coal slime.关键词
