摘要
Abstract
With the accelerated promotion of intelligentization construction in coal mines,Suncun Coal Mine is facing the challenge of rapidly increasing complexity in IT infrastructure management while rapidly deploying digital businesses such as industrial ring network,safety monitoring,wireless communication and others.The inconsistent in multi-vendor equipment protocols leads to difficulties in data collection,low efficiency of manual inspection,and traditional network monitoring difficult to meet the real-time requirements of safety production.Aiming at the above problems,the study proposes a solution of multi-protocol heterogeneous IoT integrated management and control platform for coal mines,which achieves breakthroughs through three major technical innovations:heterogeneous equipment fusion management,construction of a private protocol adaptation layer,and achievement of automatic decoding of 90%unknown protocols based on AC automaton protocol fingerprint library;High reliability transmission architecture,based on SW-Ring ring network technology to construct a redundant network,with an actual measured fault self-healing time of 35 ms under a high-temperature closed environment in downhole,which is 71%shorter than the traditional TDM ring network(120 ms);Intelligent operation and maintenance system,with a topology automatic generation accuracy rate of 80.8%,multi-dimensional real-time monitoring and multi-channel alarm mechanism.The practical application shows that this platform makes the IT fault processing time shortens from 3 hours to 0.5 hours of Suncun Coal Mine,the inspection efficiency improves by 70%,and provides a unified managment and control interface for downhole 900+heterogeneous equipment.This research result provides a reusable technical paradigm for the intelligentization construction of coal mines and has relatively high industry promotion value.关键词
