Abstract

Lijia Area Smart Parking Garage Project of China Communications Yangtze River Construction and Development Group Co.,Ltd.(also known as Zhongjiao)demonstrates its practice in green and low-carbon construction and operation.The project not only helps reduce carbon emissions and relieve urban environmental pressure,but also improves energy efficiency and promotes sustainable development of the city.The project provides a comprehensive overview,including details on its background,green and low-carbon construction philosophy and objectives,specialized schemes,carbon emission reduction calculations,anticipated emission reduction effect evaluations,and assurance measures.These contents serve as valuable references and models for the green and low-carbon construction and operation of other smart parking garages.
