Abstract
In response to the problems of high coal content in gangue and high monthly failure rate in the block coal washing process of Kouzidong Coal Preparation Plant,two main block coal washing processes adopted by two power coal preparation plants in Xinji Mining Area are introduced:Xinji No.1 Coal Preparation Plant adopts heavy medium shallow groove separation,while Kouzidong Coal Preparation Plant uses dynamic screen jigging separation.By evaluating and comparing the equipment principles,on-site applications,advantages and disadvantages,and economic benefits of these two processes,the results show that the coal carrying rate in the gangue of the shallow groove sorting machine is 3%,which is 40%lower than the 5%of the dynamic screen jigs,and is significantly better than the dynamic screen jigs.This provides a theoretical basis for the technical transformation of the block coal washing process in the later stage of the Kouzidong Coal Preparation Plant.关键词
