群体抱卵前后养殖中华绒螯蟹雌蟹的脂肪酸和氨基酸组成变化
Changes in fatty acid and amino acid composition of non-ovigerous and ovigerous cultured female Eriocheir sinensis

Abstract
In order to investigate the changes of nutrient composition in different tissues(hepatopancreas,gonads and muscles)of cultured female Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis)before and after egg clutching,the fatty acid and amino acid compositions were analyzed by biochemical analysis methods.The results showed that the content of various fatty acids in hepatopancreas in crab before egg clutching were higher than those in muscle and gonad tissues,except for C18∶0,C15∶1n5,C17∶1n7 and C20∶5n3.The content of most saturated and un-saturated fatty acids in the hepatopancreas and muscles of crab after egg clutching decreased significantly(P<0.05).Prior to egg carrying,the relative proportions of total essential amino acids(EAA)to total non-essential amino acids(NEAA)in female crabs exhibited a tissue-specific hierarchy:muscle>gonads>hepatopancreas.The contents of total essential amino acids(ΣEAA)and total non-essential amino acids(ΣNEAA)in the hepatopan-creas and muscles of crab after egg clutching significantly increased(P<0.05)compared with those before egg clutching.Leucine was the main component of EAA,while glutamic acid was the main component of NEAA.The results revealed that changes in fatty acid and amino acid composition of female Chinese mitten crabs before and after group egg-clutching may be related to the energy requirements and metabolic adaptation of early embryonic development in female crabs.关键词
