高质量发展导向下的土地储备潜力空间识别研究
Research on identifying potential space for land reserves under the guidance of high-quality development:based on empirical evidence from Songjiang District,Shanghai

Abstract
Scientifically identifying land reserve potential space is of great significance for formulating land reserve plans and supporting high-quality economic development.This study constructed an evaluation indicator system,employed basic evaluation and comprehensive correction methods to identify potential land reserve space,and conducted an empirical study using Songjiang District in Shanghai as a case to verify the feasibility of the method.The results indicate that:(1)Land reserve potential exhibits characteristics of spatial attributes,economic attributes,and scale effects,with the strategic importance of land resources,functional suitability,and implementation feasibility serving as core criteria for judgment.(2)Compared with traditional land resource potential evaluations,this indicator system better reflects the impact of economic and social factors on land reserve potential,and the comprehensive correction method is feasible for identifying potential land reserve space at smaller scales.(3)The direction of land reserve potential in Songjiang District shows a gradient characteristic of"adjacent areas in the central district-central areas of the new town-urban fringe areas".Different land use types exhibit significant spatial heterogeneity in land reserve potential,with the proportions of comprehensive land reserve potential being 9%for high potential,20%for medium potential,and 11%for low potential.关键词
