对虾养殖尾水处理用三种植物秸秆碳源水浸特性的初步研究
Preliminary study on the water immersion characteristics of three plant straw-derived carbon sources for shrimp aquaculture tailwater treatment

Abstract
To screen suitable plant straw-derived carbon sources for aquaculture tailwater treatment,a study was conducted on common straws in northern China,including reed,rice,and corn straw.The evaluated parameters included the carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)content,static carbon release capacity,secondary pollutants release,water absorption and sedimentation performance,as well as changes in mass and surface characteristics before and after carbon release.Results showed that all three straws had a carbon content exceeding 38%and a nitrogen con-tent below 0.5%.Their carbon release capacity,measured as cumulative Chemical Oxygen Demand,followed the order:rice straw[(102.28±1.01)mg/g]>corn straw[(26.42±1.38)mg/g]>reed straw[(10.75±0.42)mg/g].Nitrogen and phosphorus release of during this process was minimal.Regarding physical properties,the water absorption capacity and mass loss rate were highest in rice straw,followed by corn straw and then reed straw.However,for the sedimentation rate and surface roughness(both pre-and post-carbon release),while rice straw remained highest,the order of the other two straws differed:reed straw ranked second,followed by corn straw.Simulation of shrimp aquaculture tailwater treatment revealed that a rice straw-based biofilter achieved a nitrite ni-trogen(including the portion from nitrate nitrogen reduction)removal efficiency of(37±2)%-(46±3)%,whereas its removal efficiency for active phosphorus was only(2±2)%-(8±2)%.These findings suggest that among the three straws,rice straw is the most promising carbon source for treating shrimp aquaculture tailwater.关键词
