摘要

Abstract

Advancing comprehensively deepening reform necessitates taking the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity as the overarching goal.State-owned forest areas,as special territorial units formed during a specific historical period in China,face a particularly urgent task in modernizing their governance system and capacity.However,current governance in these areas still grapples with issues such as fragmented governance,outdated operational concepts,and insufficient application of digital technologies.This paper selected the Longjiang Forest Industry Group as a typical case,through an in-depth analysis of the entire process of how its forestry digital-intelligent transformation drived governance modernization,summarized a systematic driving process of"digital-intelligence empowerment-system reconstruction-capability leapfrogging"and proposed practical paths to empower the modernization of state-owed forest area governance from the aspects of technology,governance mechanism and policy system.This study not only revealed the internal logic of how forestry digital-intelligent technologies empowered the modernization of state-owned forest area governance,but also provided referable insights for the further digital and intelligent development of governance in China's state-owned forest areas.
