Abstract

In order to prepare environmentally friendly high-strength moisture-absorbent heat-generating materials,the biodegradable materials of sodium alginate(SA)and cationic starch(CST)were used as matrix materials,oxygen-rich graphene oxide(GO)was added as a filler,and the hygroscopic thermal films of cationic starch-sodium alginate-graphene oxide(CST-SA-GO)were prepared by vacuum filtration.The CST-SA matrix materials with different ratios were prepared by changing the ratios of CST and SA.Zeta potential,solubility resistance,and mechanical property tests were used to screen the suitable ratio of CST and SA for composite with GO.The morphology of the films before and after the addition of GO was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The solubility resistance,mechanical properties,and hygroscopic thermal performance of the CST-SA-GO films were investigated.The results show that the addition of GO improves the solubility resistance of the films,and makes the internal dense structure of the films become loose,which is favorable for the adsorption/desorption of water molecules.After adding GO composite,CST-SA-GO film can reach a maximum hygroscopic heating temperature difference of 2.2℃at 90%humidity.Its breaking strength was 53.1 MPa and elongation at break was 5.6%.It is expected to be well used in wearable fabrics.
