摘要
Abstract
Deoxynivalenol(DON)is a common fungal toxin in feed,widely distributed in the feed supply chain,and can cause multi system damage to livestock and poultry.Traditional physical or chemical methods often find it difficult to efficiently remove DON while maintaining feed quality and effectively controlling costs.In contrast,the enzyme degradation method,due to its advantages such as specific catalysis and environmental friendliness,provides a new concept and technical approach for controlling DON pollution.The article systematically expounds the toxicological mechanism of DON and its impact on the health and production performance of livestock and poultry.It also reviews the main enzyme species and their action mechanisms involved in enzyme degradation technology,and assesses the current application status and limiting factors of this technology in feed processing and breeding systems.By combining strategies such as genetic engineering optimization and enzyme immobilization,it explores the feasibility and research directions for improving the efficiency of enzymatic degradation and reducing application costs in the future.The aim is to provide a reference for the feed industry to effectively control DON pollution and ensure the health of livestock and poultry.关键词
