壳聚糖聚合物点基大分子紫外线吸收剂的合成及其在天然橡胶中的应用
Synthesis of Chitosan Polymer Dot Based Macromolecular UV Absorbers and Their Application in Natural Rubber

Abstract
Using chitosan as the raw material,chitosan-based polymer dots(PCSDs)fluorescent materials were synthesized via a microwave-assisted reaction.Subsequently,a novel macromolecular ultraviolet(UV)absorber,PCSDs-g-UV-0,was prepared by grafting the small-molecule UV absorber benzophenone(UV-0)onto the PCSDs under Mannich reaction conditions.The product was characterized to confirm its proposed structure.Finally,the application performance of the synthesized macromolecular UV absorber was evaluated by incorporating PCSDs-g-UV-0 into natural rubber and comparing its efficacy with that of the low-molecular-weight UV-0.The resistance to UV-induced aging was assessed by measuring the mass-loss ratio,carbonyl index,and vinyl index before and after accelerated aging.The results demonstrate that PCSDs-g-UV-0 imparts significantly superior anti-UV aging performance compared with UV-0.关键词
