Abstract
A skin barrier impairment model was established using LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophage cells,testosterone and linoleic acid-induced sebaceous gland SZ95 cells,and tape stripping on the antecubital fossa.The synergistic inhibitory effects of panthenol and active ingredients on nitric oxide(NO)and sebum synthesis were measured,along with changes in stratum corneum hydration and transepidermal water loss rates.The results showed that 0.3%panthenol and 0.3%ectoin individually inhibited LPS-induced NO production in macrophages.When they were combined together,the better synergistic effects observed.The combination of panthenol with medicinal layer pore fungus extract and niacinamide at ratios of 0.02%,0.2%,and 0.02%exhibited superior synergistic inhibition of sebum synthesis.Within 0~6 h,the combination of panthenol and high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate demonstrated more stable moisturizing effects,where the stratum corneum hydration difference is 3.79.At 6 and 8 hours,the transepidermal water loss rates of the combination of panthenol and high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate were lower than that of other combinations,which indicated their superior skin barrier maintenance capability.关键词
