Abstract
This experiment aimed to develop a method for determining the chelation rate of hydroxy methionine(MHA)metal chelates that was both accurate,precise,and practical.Using MHA metal chelates as raw materials,based on the principle of similar solubility,combined with the polarity difference between MHA and MHA metal chelates,and based on the standard of maximizing the solubility of MHA and having the metal atom content in the extraction solution being 0,select the appropriate extraction solvent for free MHA.The selected solvent was used to determine the free MHA content in MHA metal chelates,and the chelation rate was calculated.The results showed that ether could effectively dissolve free MHA and no metal ions were detected,making it the optimal extraction solvent for free MHA.The measurement method used in the experiment had good repeatability,with the relative standard deviation(RSD)of parallel measurement results ranging from 1.13%to 4.46%.The average recovery rate ranges from 92.60%to 93.88%,with RSD ranging from 1.29%to 3.84%.The study shows that the method of extracting free MHA using ether as a solvent is easy to operate,exhibits good repeatability,and offers high precision and accuracy,making it suitable for determining the chelation rate of MHA metal chelates.关键词
