Abstract
With increasing public attention on cosmetic safety evaluation,local toxicity animal testing remains a crucial component in assessing product safety.The effects of animal husbandry conditions,human operational factors,and sample characteristics on the outcomes of skin irritation,acute eye irritation,skin sensitization,and skin phototoxicity tests were analyzed.The objective is to improve the reliability and accuracy of toxicity testing results and provide scientific support for enhancing cosmetic safety assessment practices.关键词
