饲料原料供应链协同管理信息平台构建研究
Research on construction of a collaborative management information platform for feed ingredient supply chains
摘要
Abstract
To address the information barriers and collaboration challenges in the feed raw material supply chain,which resulted from diverse participants and complex circulation links,and to improve its overall operational efficiency,this study designed and constructed a digital collaborative management platform to achieve the goal of reducing costs,increasing efficiency,and enhancing supply chain resilience.The platform was supported by technologies such as the internet of things and cloud computing,and adopted a five-layer architecture comprising the data layer,support layer,device layer,interaction layer,and application layer,and the technical implementation paths of its core components were elaborated.The results showed that the platform enabled closed-loop management of the entire process,including raw material quality control,intelligent inventory management,in-transit transportation monitoring,and market intelligence decision-making,effectively breaking down information silos.The study shows that this platform provides enterprises with a feasible digital solution,holding positive practical significance for ensuring the stable operation of the feed industry and supporting the national food security strategy.关键词
