Abstract
The article prepared an amide-based nucleating agent(BRE-T-100)to enhance the heat resistance and crystallization rate of polylactic acid(PLA).The effects of various nucleating agents,including BRE-T-100,talc,TMC-200,TMC-300,and LAK-301,on the properties of PLA composites were investigated.The results showed that the addition of 0.8%BRE-T-100 increased the crystallization temperature of PLA from 109.6℃to 131.9℃.At 120℃,the total crystallization time of the PLA composites was reduced to less than 60 s,and the Vicat softening temperature was raised from 60.8℃of PLA to 158.1℃.The haze after crystallization was only 28.6%,maintaining good transparency.The overall performance of BRE-T-100 was superior to talc,TMC-200,and TMC-300,and comparable to LAK-301.关键词
