基于数据挖掘探讨金陵女科传承人陈霞教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征的证治规律
Discussion on the syndrome differentiation and treatment patterns of Jinling gynecology inheritor,professor Chen Xia in managing polycystic ovary syndrome based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To analyze clinical cases of Professor Chen Xia,the inheritor of Jinling Gynecology,who used traditional Chinese medicine to treat polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and explore the syndrome differentiation and treat-ment patterns of PCOS by using data mining method,thereby providing reference for clinical practice.Methods:A total of 195 clinical cases of PCOS treated by Professor Chen Xia from January 2020 to September 2024 were collected.The corre-sponding case database was constructed and standardized,and frequency,correlation and cluster analyses were performed using the software of Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.5.Results:A total of 195 medical cases were in-cluded in this study.Frequency analysis revealed that the highest proportion of PCOS cases was liver depression and blood stasis,followed by kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The treatment prescriptions involved a total of 106 traditional Chinese medicines,which were mostly warm,cold,sweet and bitter in nature,and were mainly attributed to the meridians of the liver,kidney and spleen.The first choice of medicines were Peony Root(activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis),Indian Bread(strengthening the spleen and inducing diuresis),and Twotoothed Achyranthes Root(tonifying the liver and kidney and inducing the blood to flow downward).Tonifying the kidney,activating blood circulation and removing blood sta-sis were the main medicinal effects;Commonly used medicinal pairs identified by association analysis included"Chishao-Fuling""Niuxi-Chishao""Danshen-Chishao",etc.Cluster analysis revealed the following high-frequency core drug combi-nations:Combination 1:Peony Root,Indian Bread,Twotoothed Achyranthes Root;Combination 2:Indian Bread,Peony Root,Twotoothed Achyranthes Root,Tree Peony Root Bark,Sichuan Lovage Rhizome;Combination 3:Peony Root,Indian Bread,Nutgrass Galingale Rhizome,Lycopus,Bran-fried Atractylodes Rhizome.Conclusion:Professor Chen Xia's treatment of PCOS is based on tonifying the kidney and activating the blood,dredging the liver and regulating the qi,using cold and warm medicines in parallel,regulating the liver and the kidney,and treating the body and spirit at the same time,with the intention of circulating the qi and blood and regulating the Yin and Yang,and striving to combine them in order to achieve the best results,so as to provide references for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of PCOS in clinical practice.关键词
