从肝脾肾论治宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染
Treatment of cervical human papillomo virus infection from the perspective of the liver,spleen,and kidney
摘要
Abstract
Human papillomo virus(HPV)infection is characterized by a hidden onset and a prolonged,refractory course.Persistent infection with high-risk HPV is the primary cause of cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.For HPV infection,there are no clear recommended drugs in the clinical guidelines of western medicine,and there is no specific drug for the treatment of HPV infection.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),employing a holistic approach that in-tegrates disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,addresses both the root cause and symptoms,offering unique advantages in treating HPV infection.Cervical HPV infection falls under the category of"leukorrhagia disease"in TCM.The invasion of dampness pathogens or toxic dampness is considered the external factor,while dysfunction of the liver,spleen and kidney constitutes the internal factor.Clinically,treatment is grounded in reinforcing healthy Qi by nourishing Qi and blood,with emphasis on eliminating dampness and resolving toxicity to expel pathogens.Additionally,zang-fu organs regula-tion is tailored according to age stratification:for young and middle-aged women,the focus is on soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen;for older women,nourishing the liver and kidney is prioritized.By simultaneously regulating the liver,spleen and kidney,and selecting formulas based on modern pharmacological analysis,the treatment aims to harmonize the zang-fu organs,replenish healthy Qi,eliminate dampness pathogens,resolve leukorrhagia and counteract toxic pathogens.关键词
