腰突散Ⅱ号方加减联合可视化针刀治疗椎间孔镜术后残余下肢痛的临床观察及其对血清脂肪因子的影响
Clinical observation of modified Yaotu Powder Ⅱ combined with visualized acupotomy in treating residual lower extremity pain after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy and its effect on serum adipocytokines

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Yaotu Powder II,an empirical formula,combined with visualized acupotomy in treating residual lower extremity pain after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 42 LDH patients after percutaneous transforaminal en-doscopic discectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were included in this study.The patients who were treated with modified Yaotu Powder II combined with acupotomy treatment(21 cases)were set as the observation group,and the patients in the control group(21 cases)were treated with conventional western medicine com-bined with basic nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine.After two weeks of treatment,parameters from musculoskeletal ultrasound,lumbar function scores,TCM syndrome scores,adipocytokines levels and overall effectiveness rates were com-pared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the thickness of psoas major and quadratus lumborum muscles in the two groups increased,and the diameter of the upper part of sciatic nerve decreased in both groups compared to pre-treatment levels,with the observation group showing superior improvement compared to the control group,with the differ-ences being statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of adipocytokines,JOA scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved,with the observation group demonstrating better outcomes than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of modified Yaotu Powder II combined with acupotomy in treating residual lower extremity pain after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy helps alleviate muscle and nerve swelling,negatively feedbacks into the inflammatory process,significantly improves postop-erative residual lower extremity neuralgia,and promotes the recovery of lumbar function.关键词
