血清超氧化物歧化酶与肝豆状核变性患者中医证型的相关性分析
Correlation analysis between serum superoxide dismutase and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome patterns in patients with hepatolenticular degeneration

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels and different Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome patterns in patients with Wilson's disease(WD).Methods:A total of 139 WD patients admitted to the Brain Disease Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine be-tween January 2021 and December 2024 were enrolled as the WD group.Additionally,30 healthy individuals were included as the healthy control group.Serum SOD levels were measured in all participants.In the WD group,the gender and age dis-tribution were analyzed.Furthermore,All WD patients also underwent assessments including 24-hour urinary copper excre-tion,liver function tests,liver fibrosis markers,coagulation profiles,spleen length and thickness,and portal vein diam-eter.Correlations between these parameters and serum SOD levels across different TCM syndrome patterns were further ana-lyzed.Results:Serum SOD levels in the WD group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).Significant differences(P<0.05)were observed among WD patients with different TCM syndrome patterns in terms of serum SOD levels,24-hour urinary copper excretion,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBIL),albumin(ALB),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),type IV collagen(CIV),hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),N-terminal propeptide of type III procollagen(PIIINP),fibrinogen(FBG),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),activated partial thrombo-plastin time(APTT),spleen dimensions,and portal vein width.Correlation analysis revealed a significant negative correla-tion between serum SOD levels and 24-hour urinary copper excretion in WD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining serum SOD activity measurement with TCM syndrome differentiation may aid in the comprehensive assessment of disease severity in WD.关键词
