丁酸梭菌与果寡糖复合制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化指标及肠道健康的影响
Effects of composite preparation of Clostridium butyricum and fructooligosaccharides on growth performance,antioxidant indexes,and intestinal health of weaned piglets

Abstract
This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of individual and combined by adding Clostridium butyricum and fructooligosaccharides on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant indexes,and intestinal health of weaned piglets.A total of 120 aged(21±2)days'Duroc×Yorkshire×Landrace'crossbred weaned piglets were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate(half male and half female).The control group(group A)was fed with a basic diet,while groups B,C,and D were added with 20 g/t Clostridium butyricum,5 kg/t fructooligosaccharides,and 20 g/t Clostridium butyricum+5 kg/t fructooligosaccharides to the basic diet,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the formal test period was 30 days.The results showed that compared with group A,the average daily gain in group D was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group A,from day 1 to 14,the diarrhea rate in groups B and D was significantly reduced by 27.01%and 54.03%,respectively(P<0.05),from day 15 to 30,the diarrhea rate in the group D was significantly decreased by 47.98%(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the serum total protein and albumin concentrations of piglets in the groups B and D were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of urea nitrogen,and the activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the total antioxidant capacity of the groups B and D was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the content of malondialdehyde was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with group A,the villus height to crypt depth ratio of duodenum,ileum,and jejunum in the groups B and D was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the villus height to crypt depth ratio of duodenum in the group C was significantly increased(P<0.05).The study shows that the combination of Clostridium butyricum and fructooligosaccharides can improve the growth performance,intestinal health,and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets through synergistic effects,with better effects than adding them alone.关键词
