酿酒专用粮产业助农增收调查和高质量发展建议
Agricultural Income Growth through Specialty Liquor Grains:A Survey and High-quality Development Strategies

Abstract
The development of Brewing-specialized grain was directly driven by the transformation of residents'grain consumption structure.It was considered not only an important measure to address the regional industrial grain de-mand gap,but also a crucial approach to increasing farmers'income and promoting the high-quality development of the"Sichuan wine"industry.The planting costs of Brewing-specialized grain in Changning County were investigated,along with farmers'planting intentions,collective economy conditions,and poverty alleviation through industrial devel-opment.Prominent problems existing in the industry's development were analyzed,including issues related to planting area,land transfer,enterprise participation,and planting costs.To promote the high-quality development of the Brew-ing-specialized grain,six key measures were proposed:leading enterprises should be expanded,a proactive govern-ment should be established,the operation system should be improved,infrastructure should be perfected,the supply of agricultural social services should be enhanced,and farmers'participation should be increased.These proposals were intended to provide a reference for local industrial construction.关键词
