Research Progress in Methods for Wood Origin Traceability
摘要
Abstract
With the intensification of illegal logging and related trade worldwide,developing high-precision wood tracing technologies back to the origin has become a critical need for achieving sustainable forest management and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.In this context,a range of cutting-edge methods for tracing wood origin,including stable isotope analysis,mineral elements analysis,direct analysis in realtime mass spectrometry(DART-MS),and DNA molecular markers,have been extensively explored and applied.This review summarizes the fundamental principles,detection accuracy,characteristic markers,and methodological limitations of these methods,and further explores priority development directions for wood traceability technologies.The research aims to provide theoretical foundations and methodological references for regulating timber trade and conserving forest resources as well as scientific research and technological innovation in related fields.关键词
