以县域为切入点推进耕地多功能协同发展研究
To Promote the Research of Multi-functional Cooperative Development of Cultivated Land with County as the Entry Point

Abstract
Farmland,as a fundamental and complex ecosystem for the survival of human civilization,has expanded its functions from the traditional production and ecological foundation to a multi-faceted and collaborative system covering economic contribution,food security and landscape ecology.Based on the practical and theoretical demands of the multi-functional coordinated development of cultivated land,this article innovatively constructs a"trinity"theo-retical framework for the multi-functional coordinated development of cultivated land and systematically explains its internal mechanism of action and development model.The study emphasizes that the specific practical approach to achieving the coordinated development of multi-functional cultivated land involves treating the food security function,economic contribution function,and landscape ecology function as the necessary prerequisite,core support,and foun-dational enabler of coordinated development,respectively.First,by taking the county area as the entry point,the in-ternal level of multi-functional cultivated land development within the county is optimized and enhanced.Subsequent-ly,the driving role of innovatively allocating elements such as an effective government,an efficient market,and inno-vation leadership is leveraged.Efforts are also made to construct a multi-functional coordinated development model for cultivated land,guided by dominant functions such as food security,economic contribution,and landscape ecolo-gy.This aims to provide theoretical support for addressing the challenges of imbalanced cultivated land function de-velopment.关键词
