白菜型冬油菜水浸提液对冬小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响
Effects of Water Extract of Brassica rapa L.on Germination and Seedling Growth of Winter Wheat

Abstract
To investigate the benefits of multiple cropping winter oilseed rape with winter wheat and analyze the spe-cific impacts of aqueous extracts from different organs of winter oilseed rape on the seed germination and seedling growth of winter wheat,we set up five concentration gradients using aqueous extracts from the roots,stems,and leaves of Brassica rapa-type winter oilseed rape to germinate winter wheat seeds.The results showed that the aqueous extract from Brassica rapa-type winter oilseed rape primarily promoted the seed germination of Longyu 12,while for Longyu 13,it mainly exhibited a promoting effect at low concentrations and an inhibitory effect at high concentrations.In terms of radicle growth,Br-R(root extract)displayed a promoting effect at low concentrations and an inhibitory effect at high concentrations on winter wheat,whereas Br-S(stem extract)and Br-L(leaf extract)showed no significant dif-ference at low concentrations and an inhibitory effect at high concentrations on winter wheat.Regarding plumule growth,Br-R,Br-S,and Br-L all demonstrated a promoting effect at low concentrations and an inhibitory effect at high concentrations on winter wheat.From the perspectives of the allelopathic effect index(RI)and the overall allelo-pathic effect(SE),the aqueous extract from the roots of Brassica rapa-type winter oilseed rape(Br-R)exhibited a rel-atively stable promoting effect on winter wheat.Therefore,the promoting effect of winter oilseed rape as a preceding crop on the seed germination and seedling growth of winter wheat primarily relies on root exudates.关键词
