放牧和舍饲育肥对绒山羊羔羊脂肪组织中脂肪酸组成的影响
Effects of grazing and barn feeding fattening on fatty acid composition in adipose tissues of cashmere goat lambs

Abstract
This experiment aimed to investigate the differences in fatty acid composition of adipose tissue in cashmere goat lambs under natural grazing and barn feeding fattening conditions.A total of 16 healthy,(20.36±0.32)kg,four-month-old weaned Albas white cashmere goat lambs were selected and divided into a natural grazing group(group NG)and a barn feeding feeding fattening group(group HF),with eight replicates per group and one lamb per replicate.The pre-test period was 14 days,and the formal test period was 90 days.The results showed that compared with the group HF,in saturated fatty acids(SFA),the content of butyric acid(C4∶0)in all adipose tissues of the group NG was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of myristic acid(C14∶0)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The concentrations of stearic acid(C18∶0)and nonadecanoic acid(C21∶0)in mesenteric and omental lipids were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA),the concentrations of palmitoleic acid(C16∶1)and oleic acid(C18∶1n-9c)in mesenteric and omental lipids of the group NG were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the content of trans oleic acid(C18∶1n-9t)in all adipose tissue was significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-6 PUFA)in mesenteric and omental lipids of the group NG was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the content of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-3 PUFA)in all adipose tissues was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the group HF,the ratio of n-6 PUFA to n-3 PUFA in the group NG was more reasonable.The study shows that natural grazing can increase the content of PUFA in the adipose tissue of lambs,reduce the content of SFA,and thus improve the fat quality of lambs.关键词
