外侧苍白球注射FeCl3对小鼠运动行为的影响
Effect of FeCl3 injection into the external segment of the globus pallidus on motor behavior in mice

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes in motor behavior of mice after FeCl3 injection into the external segment of the globus pallidus(GPe).Methods Mice were divided into FeCl3 group and control group,with 8 mice in each group.The mice in the FeCl3 group were given stereotactic injection of 0.15 μg of FeCl3 into the bilateral GPe,and those in the control group were given injection of an equal volume of sodium citrate solution.After modeling,behavioral tests were conducted at weeks 3 and 6,and the CatWalk XT system was used to evaluate motor behavior.After the behavioral test at week 6,Perl's-DAB staining was used to measure the number of iron-positive cells in the GPe,and Western blotting was used to measure the expression level of heavy-chain ferritin in the GPe.Results The FeCl3 group had significant increases in the number of iron-positive cells in the GPe(t=3.887,P<0.01)and the level of heavy-chain ferritin(t=5.011,P<0.001),suggesting that stereotactic injection of FeCl3 could cause iron deposition in the GPe.The gait analysis showed that the FeCl3 group had a significant reduction in the time to cross the testing area and a significant increase in average speed(week 3:t=2.771,3.392,P<0.05;week 6:t=2.526,2.336,P<0.05),as well as sig-nificant increases in the speeds of the left forelimb,the left hindlimb,the right forelimb,and the right hindlimb(week 3:t=3.270-3.725,P<0.05;week 6:t=2.419-3.249,P<0.05).Conclusion Stereotactic injection of FeCl3 into the GPe of mice can cause iron deposition in the GPe and enhance the motor ability of mice.关键词
