磁共振成像对四肢软组织血肿的诊断价值
Value of magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of soft tissue hematomas of the extremities
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of soft tissue hemato-mas of the extremities.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the MRI manifestations and clinical data of 14 pa-tients with soft tissue hematomas of the extremities,and a literature review was also performed.Results Among the 14 pa-tients,there were 9 male patients and 5 female patients,with an age of 11-80 years.As for the location and distribution of le-sions,there were 11 patients with intramuscular hematoma and 3 patients with subcutaneous hematoma,and there were 11 pa-tients with hematoma in the lower extremities and 3 patients with hematoma in the upper extremities.As for the morphology and size of lesions,there were 4 patients with spindle-shaped lesions,6 with oval-shaped lesions,and 4 with irregular shapes of lesions,and the hematomas showed the largest diameter of 14.4 cm and the smallest diameter of 1.0 cm,with a mean diameter of 6.1 cm.Compared with the skeletal muscle,the main signal components of the 15 lesions in 14 patients were short T1 and long T2 signals in 6 patients,mixed T1 and mixed T2 signals in 4 patients,isotropic T1 and long T2 signals in 1 patient,long T1 and short T2 sig-nals in 1 patient,and long T1 and long T2 signals in 2 patients.Contrast-enhanced scan showed ring enhancement and marginal en-hancement in 7 patients.Type Ⅱ time-signal intensity curve(TIC)was observed inside the hematoma,while type Ⅰ TIC was ob-served for the wall of the hematomas.Conclusion There are diverse and complex MRI signals for soft tissue hematomas of the extremities,and TIC of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance is of great significance in the diagnosis of soft tissue hema-tomas of the extremities.关键词
