Latent profile analysis of health literacy in gout patients and its association with self-management positivity
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the potential profiles of health literacy in gout patients,the differences in demographic features between different profiles,and their association with self-management positivity.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 243 gout patients who attended Shandong Gout Clinical Medical Center from March to May 2023 as sub-jects.An investigation was conducted using a general information questionnaire,a gout patient health literacy scale,and a patient positivity measurement scale.A potential profile analysis was conducted for the health literacy of gout patients to investigate the differences in socio-demographic characteristics and self-management positivity between the patients with different profiles.Re-sults The health literacy of gout patients was divided into three potential profiles,and there were significant differences in socio-demographic characteristics between the patients with different profiles(x2=10.220-39.108,P＜0.05).There was also a signifi-cant difference in self-management positivity between the patients with different profiles(F=50.552,P＜0.001),with the highest self-management enthusiasm observed in the high literacy stable group.Conclusion There is heterogeneity in the health literacy of gout patients,and self-management positivity varies across patients with different profiles.The self-management positivity of gout patients can be enhanced by improving their health literacy.关键词
