"互联网+中医"协同干预模式对糖尿病血糖管理效果的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the Effect of Internet Plus Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention Model on Blood Glucose Management in Diabetes

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of the"Internet+Traditional Chinese Medicine"intervention model in glycemic control for diabetic patients,exploring the integration of digital technology and TCM theory to provide new pathways for personalized glycemic management.Methods Studies meeting inclusion criteria were re-trieved from databases including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Embase,and PubMed.Study quality was assessed using the Co-chrane risk-of-bias tool,and intervention effects were analyzed with RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 11 eligible studies involving 1090 diabetic patients were included.The analysis revealed that the"Internet+TCM"model significantly outperformed the control group in improving fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial glucose(2hPG),and gly-cated hemoglobin(HbA1c),with superior outcomes observed under prolonged and comprehensive interventions,aligning with the characteristics of chronic disease management.Conclusion The"Internet+TCM"intervention model demon-strates notable advantages in glycemic control for diabetes,leveraging the synergistic effects of TCM syndrome differentiation and digital technology to optimize blood glucose management and enhance efficiency.关键词
