中医定向透药联合热敏灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究
Clinical Study of Directional Permeation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Heat Sensitive Moxibustion on diabetes Neuropathy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration combined with heat sensitive moxibustion on diabetes neuropathy of cold accumulation-caused blood stasis type.Method From Sep-tember 2024 to March 2025,66 patients who met the diagnosis were randomly divided into three groups in our hospital.The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine targeted penetration therapy combined with thermosensitive moxi-bustion treatment,the control group a received traditional Chinese medicine targeted penetration therapy,and the control group b received thermosensitive moxibustion treatment.Compare the nerve conduction velocity of lower limb sensation(SNCV)and motor sensation(MNCV),as well as the Toronto scoring system(TCSS)scores.Result There was no signifi-cant difference in SNCV,MNCV,and TCSS scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the SNCV,MNCV,and TCSS scores of the three groups were all better than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the SNCV,MNCV,and TCSS scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group a and control group b(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration combined with heat sensitive moxibustion has a good effect on the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy of cold accumulation-caused blood stasis type.关键词
