中西医治疗特发性肺纤维化研究进展
Research Progress on the Treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is the most common clinical idiopathic interstitial pneumonia.The lung function of this patient is mostly irreversible destruction.In recent years,the prevalence and incidence of IPF worldwide are increasing year by year,but current therapeutic options remain limited with unfavorable prognoses.Consequently,there is an urgent need for novel pharmacological interventions that demonstrate both enhanced efficacy and improved safety profiles.The literature review found that significant progress has been made in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.The research progress of Western medicine in the treatment of IPF mainly involves drug treatment and non drug treatment.Drug treatment includes anti fibrosis drugs,immunosuppressa-nts,etc;Non pharmacological treatments include:lung transplantation;This article also summarizes the new directions of fu-ture treatment:Integrin inhibition therapy,microbiome therapy,gene therapy.The research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of IPF mainly involves single traditional Chinese medicine and compound prescription of tradition-al Chinese medicine.In clinical practice,the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of IPF is better than that of simple western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine.However,there are still many deficiencies and challenges in the current treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine.We should break through the bottleneck and provide more options for patients.关键词
